In the meantime, I will have to figure out how to make my form work again after your migration. My client is not pleased. The concept is great but it's worth nothing if it doesn't work reliably.

Please put me on the Premium Plan. I've already paid $9 on April 11, 2010 and I just paid another $9.95 on the new system. Please be so kind and respond. I'm really getting frustrated.
