My form, embeded in my website, doesn't function properly in different browsers.

Hi,
my form (http://www.tgbam.nl/#!reserveren/cezu) doesn't function properly on some browsers. It has glitches. Sometimes it won't load the next page when you press the next button. Sometimes it doesn't even show the buttons. Mostly this issue appears with Firefox, Safari and IE.
What can i do about this?

I tested your form, and the next button does not work in your embedded form, however everything woks fine on the standalone version of your form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52185446734965
I would recommend you to embed your form with the Iframe method, get a fresh iFrame code: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the iFrame part in your webpage, example:
