Website URLs with "-" and email addresses are not clickable in the Submissions page

    These hyperlinks are not complete and therefore do not work!

    Any idea why?  Thanks.

    Hi,

    I cloned your form and made a test submission on my end. In the email notification I received, the website link and the email address are clickable.

    However, in the submissions page, they are not properly clickable.

     

    You can replace the email field you are using with our default email field found under the Quick Tools section. However, it still won't make the email clickable.

     

     

    Let me forward this to our developers to have it checked. We will update you on this thread as soon as this has been resolved.

    Not quite!  The email address content has disappeared on email:

    it is available on jotform submission but not clickable!

    Hi,

    Regarding the email address, it did not show in the email notification because the tag you are using is incorrect, possible tat it was from the old field.

    Click "Emails" and edit the notification, in the email template, you'll see that you are using {emailAddress}, but the correct email tag is {emailAddress26}.

     

    But I see that it is not clickable

     

    I will notify again our developer about this and see if it's possible to make it clickable.

    Thank you Charlie!  Once again I forgot to configure the corresponding email templates after modifying/adding field on my form, my fault!  

    It will be nice if the email address is clickable on both the 'submissions' and the email notification/confirmations.

    Hello Leon,

    We had trouble deciding if it is better to convert emails to links, so I will avoid making a change for now, if you also don't mind.

    I am happy to hear that rest of the problems are resolved.
