    I created a payment form:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/52656523744157

It is using Paypal as the payment form

and I integrated it to Google Sheets.

There have been 37 submissions to Paypal... and JotForm hasn't recorded a single one!

HELP. I have another event that I was doing the same way that starts next week. Trying to figure it all out in Paypal will be impossible to know which payment is going to which event.

    Regards,

I can see that you have 12 Incomplete Payments on your form 52656523744157.

Please enable Instant Payment Notifications (IPN) in your PayPal account, so that PayPal can notify us when payments are processed. As soon as a payment has been confirmed as processed, through IPN, our system will mark these submissions as completed and will send out any email notifications and populate your integrated Google Spreadsheet.

Please take a look at following guides for more details:

    Paypal Incomplete Payments FAQ

How to Enable IPN for Paypal

Your form 52653372407152 (Tickets for the Great GALSby) also has incomplete payment submissions at the moment.

As described in the above linked Incomplete Payments FAQ, you can resend your IPN notifications from PayPal for existing incomplete submissions, so that they will be correctly marked as complete and forwarded to your integrated Google Spreadsheet.

Please let us know if you hit any snags along the way, and we will be happy to help.
