Hello - someone helped me remove one of my frequently used email address from the bounce list. However Jotform still fails to send every email to cookieoutbreak@hpeprint.com
Is there another reason other than the bounce list that could cause this?
Thanks

Hi,
Currently, I fixed the the issue. Your email address is not in the bounce list anymore. In the page called How to Setup Email Alerts to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues, you can find the information about preventing bounce list.
As it is mentioned on the page provided above, if your email service provider is blocking our email domains, this could cause the same issue too. To be sure, you can ask your email service provider about this situation.
In addition, you can check the email log which is related to email address "cookieoutbreak@hpeprint.com" from the below. According to it, your emails have started to fail from the date 2015-09-24.
Also, you can release your email address from bounce list without waiting for our support by using the tutorial from the following link:
http://support.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list
If anything stays blank, always feel free to contact us.
Thanks.

Thank you. However, this doesn't solve it. I've followed the tutorial several times and the email address is not in the bounce list. Jotform has suddenly stopped sending a notification to my email cookieoutbreak@hpeprint.com, which was doing prior for the last 2 years. I am a paying customer and frustrated that randomly Jotform has independently decided to stop sending the notification, even though I programmed it to. It's my email address. Please help. Thank you!!!!!!!

Hi,
Today, I checked your email address "cookieoutbreak@hpeprint.com" and found that it has jumped in bounce list again.
The reason of recurrence, your email address has a recent history of bouncing as an invalid address. So, the Amazon SES which is the email service provider of JotForm has added your email into their suppression list.
But, you don't need to worry about that, I'm going to release your email from the Amazon's suppression list. Also, I fixed the bounce list issue.
In addition, you can access all of your submission data on "Submissions" page. The data are all stored, it doesn't matter whether it is sent or not.
If you need more assistance, please let us know.
Thanks.

You can further reduce the likelihood of the email ending back in the suppression list by adding the IP addresses and domains on this guide to your mail server white-list.
