Your autoresponders has failed most probably due to your SMTP setup base on the email logs result. You are using SMTP sender email on your form notifications and autoresponders, this means all emails that will be sent will use your sending server. When SMTP credentials are not valid, notifications and autoresponders will definitely fails.
If you want more reliable emails, you can use the noreply email without Jotform branding provided on the sender emails list.
