How to Make the Prepopulated Field's Value Fixed in any Case?

So, in an effort to have the phone numbers save to and carry over using the prefill app, on a test form I have removed the phone number field and implemented the use of a text box with numerical validation and input mask set as described here

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/578920-How-to-prepopulate-phone-number-field-with-input-mask

I have not had a chance to verify this work around is effective as described but I'm sure it is. Sounds solid and works great as a phone number field. I can't even tell the difference from the designated phone number field except one thing. It is wiping clear as soon as another field is filled in or drop down selected. Any education on the matter would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi there,

If you don't want to lose your prepopulated fields in any case, you need to modify your form's URL. The following guide will help you to understand it in more detail:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-the-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

You can see the example form from the below:

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52701701768960?phoneNumber19[full]=3426734544

The yellow marked part of the link represents the "Phone Number" field in the form and the blue marked place is the part that I set the prepopulated phone number value.

If you stuck somewhere, please let us know.

    Thanks.
