section of form not working

    hi we have been usign the jotform faciity on our website www.chartertravel.co.uk for some years now and all works fine then over the past couple days we have noticed that 1 area of the form is not feeding through to me after the client clicks submit.

    Its the destination question..

    from seems to work

    To if you type in orlando not matter what you type it is left blank when the forms arrives with me.

    please help and advise what we shoudl do to fix this.

    I cant seem to work out what form it is you are having this issue with.

    Is that the form in question? It doesnt seem to have a 'destination' field on it?

    For future reference: I also see that you are a Premium subscriber, you are entitled to priorty support. If you log in and post your support requests under your JotForm account name @ http://www.jotform.com/answers/ You should get much more timely responses to your queries.

    Hi fxr

    Thank you for your response. That is the form in question. If you scroll down to the 'Flight  Requirements' section you will see there is a 'From' & 'To' box where the user is able to free type in the boxes. The 'From' box seems to be working fine however we are not recieving anything for the 'To' boxes even when we test this ourselves by putting in 'Orlando' for example. This has only been for the past week or so - this previously worked fine and we haven't changed the Jotform in anyway.

    We have also had issues with downloading an Excel report of all our submissions to date. I can create the report ok however it will not download a copy for me to view. 

    Please advise!

    Hello Dawn,

    I have identified and resolved a possible issue with your email notification. Can you please check that the notifications are coming through as expected now?

    Please review this User Guide article which will explains how to download your submissions in Excel format. 

    If you have any questions on that or for whatever reason you cant get it to work, let us know. 

    (Another option is that we could just download the submissions for you and send them to you via email)
