trying to log into my file and run report and cannot access

    I'm not entirely certain about the problem you are describing.

    Are you having problems trying to log into your JotForm account? If that is the case, you can reset your password by going to our login page, and clicking on the Forgot Password option.

    Your JotForm username is KIMALASIN.
