For some days we can not get notification emails to our company mails.

Your two email addresses "firstname.lastname@example.org", "email@example.com" had jumped in the bounce list. That's why you didn't get the emails. Now, I fixed the issue, you should be fine by now; but it could happen to you again. To prevent this issue:
For the email address "firstname.lastname@example.org",
Our email provider has defined the reason as soft-bounce. A soft bounce is an e-mail message that gets as far as the recipient's mail server but is bounced back undelivered before it gets to the intended recipient.
While there are many reasons an email address may soft bounce, below are some common reasons this could happen:
- Mailbox is full (over quota).
- Recipient email server is down or offline.
- Email message is too large.
For the email address "email@example.com",
The reason has defined as smtp 550 error. To prevent this error, you need to white-list our domain names from your email service provider. Below, you can find the detailed information about it and preventing bounce list.
