On Dec. 13, 2011, an individual completed a form and received the "Thank You" screen. I also received a "new submission" email stating that the individual had completed the form. Unfortunately, the submission was not recorded on the Submission Report. What would cause this error? Since Dec. 13, other submissions have been added to the report. Thanks for your help.

Can you please log into your JotForm account @ https://secure.jotform.com/ and check for that missing submission there?
For some reason, it appears it hasnt replicated over onto www.jotform.com
Please confirm the submission is indeed there, I will then forward the issue to our development to get it replicated over to www.jotform.com

I have logged into https://secure.jotform.com/ and confirmed that the missing submission is appearing.
I would appreciate it if you could replicate the entry over to www.jotform.com.

Submission entries will automatically replicate onto www.jotform.com, but it may take some time to complete because we're having delay issues with data propagation. You can be assured that the data will be copied across all servers in due time.
Sorry for this inconvenience.
