Hi I'm using Jotfrom on our website.  Globalprepindy.org.  I have placed one of the forms on the home page and for some reason when we try to use the form using our ipads.  Google chrome crashes or the keyboard will disappear in the middle of trying to complete a form.  I have also noticed that page is constantly refreshing.  I wanted to get help with this issue before we cancelled our subscription and moved on to a different form company.  I have verizon wireless data on my iPad.  I tried using both just with data cellular service and just with wifi and still had the same issue of the form crashing and the keyboard disappearing in the middle of completing a field.  Would love to get your help to fix this issue.

We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing.

The issue might be related to conflict between form script and other scripts on your web page. I would like to recommend you to embed the form with an iFrame code.

    Getting the Form iFrame Code

The iFrames are isolated from other content, so they are more stable in some cases.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
