After several complaints from the common users of the various forms I have created about not receiving the jotforms. I tested this for myself.
Today, September 28, 2015 at 11:00 am, I filled in and submitted a jotform. Not only have I not received it in my email as it is set up to do. It has not even showed up in my submitted file on the jotform website.
Typically before if there were 2 different people filling in 2 different jotforms it would not email 1 of the 2 jotforms and now it is not even submitting them to the jotform website let alone emailing.
I can provide a URL as it doesn't seem to matter what jotform as it seems to be all so far.

I checked for an account associated with your email address but was unable to find any. We will gladly have a look to see what may be causing the forms to be unable to submit, however, we do need to know which forms or account to check. If you wouldn't mind letting us know one of the forms you are having trouble with, we see why you are not receiving your submissions. Forms overall should be submitted without issue, as we have not had any problems that would cause all forms to stop accepting submissions.

I took a look at the form that you have mentioned and at your email.
Based on what I see, the email has been sent to you of my test submission on the form above, while it also seems that the submission was saved and is available in Submissions Panel.
Can you please tell us if by some chance you are filling out the form on some page on your website? If so, can you please give us the link to it to inspect and see what might be going on and why you did not receive the same?

I also sent a test submission through the form and it went through without issue. Have you tried filling out the form from a different device, other than the one that will not allow you to submit the form? As far as I can tell, your forms are working properly and forwarding the emails as they should.

We use google chrome and it seems periodically that they do come through.
As my form from yesterday still has not come through.
Is there a time out limit on the forms?
I am wondering as we do not simply have the info in front of us and do the
tasks as we are reading and then checking them off/filling them out?

There is no time limit on filling out forms. When the form is submitted, a copy is placed in your JotForm account:
The only thing I can think of is there may be connectivity issues at the time of submission. If you do not have a connection when submitting the form, it will not go through. If it makes it to the "Thank you" page after submitting the form, the submission went through. I see you have made a successful submission as of today. As far as I can tell, the forms should be working properly.
