    How can I create conditional formatting on my form?

    Asked by graniteresearch on September 28, 2015 at 06:54 PM

    I want to have the ability to have a specific page of the form open dependent upon the department that is filling out the form. The Department choices are listed in a drop-down menu. How do I connect their choice to take then to a specific page for that department when they click "NEXT" at the bottom of page 1?

    Page URL:
    &lt;disabledtype=&quot;text/javascript&quot;src=&quot;http://form.jotf<br/>ormpro.com/jsform/52304302538951&quot;&gt;&lt;/script&gt;

    create how next choices then open

    Hi,

    You can use the "Skip to a page or end of the form" condition to achieve the logic you want.

    You can check this sample form that I have created - http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52710598503961. You can clone the form to have a closer look on the setup of the form.

    Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.
