I want to have the ability to have a specific page of the form open dependent upon the department that is filling out the form. The Department choices are listed in a drop-down menu. How do I connect their choice to take then to a specific page for that department when they click "NEXT" at the bottom of page 1?

    Hi,

You can use the "Skip to a page or end of the form" condition to achieve the logic you want.

You can check this sample form that I have created - http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52710598503961. You can clone the form to have a closer look on the setup of the form.
