When submitting my form during a test, I entered the phone number "(555) 123-4567". However, when I logged in to JotForm and viewed the submission, the phone number showed up as "(248) 921-9122". The rest of the data on the form was as I entered it.
In case this is relevant, I am using the phone tool from the quick tools menu and I have the input mask enabled. The phone number field is the final field of my form. The phone number gets altered regardless of whether the form is multi-page or single-page.

I have created a sample form to test the issue you are reporting and I was able to replicate the issue. I will escalate the issue to our development team for them to further check the issue. For now, can you try to disable (turn off) the Input Mask feature of your Phone Number field and see if it will work. We will inform you on this thread any updates regarding this issue.
