I have a question regarding accepting credit card information. I have scoured the forums looking for an answer but I'm finding it difficult to receive a clear answer on this.
We have a number of corporate accounts who need a quick an easy way to build individual employee profiles. These profiles contain everything from dates of birth to credit card information. However, we use the data to build a profile within our reservation system for future use, there is no immediate need to receive a payment (via a payment gateway) because they may not be making a reservation for months.
Can you tell me a secure way to collect this information without the need to process a payment? If nothing is in place now, can you give me a timeline for when it might be added?

Our terms prohibit collecting credit card info on plain text fields.
It is only possible to collect credit card information without charging it. However a payment integration with any of our available payment processors is needed. Otherwise, our anti-phishing tool will automatically suspend or disable the account.
Here's a guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.
