Users are getting "Incomplete Values" issue with form

Hi,

Some of my users are experiencing a "incomplete values" error when they submit a form. However, the message just says "There are incomplete values in your submission. Please go back and fix the problem(s)". Every time I try to use the form it works normally without any issues.

It seems to me that you appear to be having some users that are experiencing trouble with validation issues with completing fields that have no values.

I think most likely that might be because of required fields not being filled in for them possibly.

However, I tried to replicate this issue inside of the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, IE, Maxthon, and also FF on my end but your form submitted fine. Perhaps it was temporary possibly and additionally I have also cleared your form caches for you from our end to refresh them.

If this issue continues then if possibly could you find out what browser|browser version any of your users are using that is giving them this issue so we can try to troubleshoot the problem furthermore for you if it becomes necessary.
