Form emails incorrectly

    I just recently edited my JotForm and it previews perfectly, it also fills out perfectly on the website. Whenever it is submitted the email comes in with missing information and also has previously edited or deleted information on the submitted form.


    How do I get the previewed and submitted version to come across on the email?

    Updating your form may not update your email notification.  While editing your notification, you can add the new field that were added to your form by clicking on them from the "Fields" column on the right:

    This will add the correct field ID for that field where ever your cursor is in the notification data.  Removing the data from the body of the notification will remove it from the email.

    Creating a new notification will also add the most current fields to the new notification:

    If updating the notification still does not allow for the data to be included, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
