Subscription wrongly charged

    As I have already asked here for the cancellation of my subscription before the billing date, payment is charged again. I need a help in getting my money back as I am no longer using the jotform services from the last month or two.

    Help me to get my money back.

    Hi,

    I have refunded your most recent payment and cancelled your subscription.  You should see the refund in your account in 5-7 business days.
