Submit error: Incomplete Values

    Our form has all required fields filled but will not submit and returns this error:

     

    Incomplete Values

     

    There are incomplete fields in your submission: CRS Location is required Pickup Location is requiredPlease go back and fix the problem(s)

    I had just gone to your form: http://form.jotform.co/form/32625335965864 and filled it out and besides waiting for a bit to have your website shown, the form looked OK and was submitted properly.

    Now I do see that on your website: http://gocrs.com/gocrs/pickup%20request the form is embedded with js embed code, which means that there might be some conflicts involved, which did not show the error that the CRS Location field and Pickup Location address fields were not filled out properly, causing the error to be shown.

    What I would suggest is to use the iframe embed code instead. You can do that by following the steps here: How to get the jotform iFrame Code

    Once you do, you should no longer experience any issues with this, but do let us know how it goes.

    Nope, the error was happening when submitting the form in its own page as well so the embed code was not the issue.  We confirmed this the last time this error happened.

    Can you please try to submit the form again at this time?

    Since you say that you were able to recreate the same issue by submitting it directly, http://form.jotform.co/form/32625335965864 if you can recreate it at this time as well it will tell us a bit more about the issue - since it works properly for me.

    If it happens to not be possible to submit for you - you still get the same error, then it could be something related to geographical location.
