    Login menu item not responding

    When I click on login the dropbox does not open.  The other menu

    items like themes etc. are active links and working.   I made sure under

    Fire preferences that pop ups are allowed.  I can login from my pc laptop

    but not from my mini mac.  Please offer some advice.

    Can you please try to log in from different pages? For example, try the next links:

    http://www.jotform.com/login

    http://www.jotform.com/myforms

    You can also try to use any other browser to see if that makes any differences.

    Mike thank you for your speedy reply. I
    may have compounded the problem. When
    I submitted this ticket, a dropdown did
    appear saying to supply a password to login.
    There was not an option to enter an email
    address, so I typed in a password. Unfortunately
    it was the password for an another of my email
    addresses associated with a different set of forms.
    So now I can't log out. the same problem with the
    login not appearing to be active of linked. I will try
    various browsers to see if that is a workaround. Still
    a very curious problem which I initially thought was
    just a very slow internet connection.

    Mike in a roundabout way I got in with Safari.
    I think it is a connectivity problem with my
    older mini mac. We must realize that
    sometimes computers do things that are
    not understandable. thank you
