How can I set up my form responses to go to different email addresses?

I want response alerts to go to different people based on the form

I understand you want to send out responses to different emails but do you mean for a selection of a field on your form or did you mean per each form? 

Please clarify as you said " based on the form " at the end of your details above. So I just want to make sure we are understanding you correctly.
