Authorize.net form not working properly

The form allows people to pay for their dinner, or just click that they are bringing their own dinner.

The form will not submit for those just bringing their own dinner, not requiring a payment.

I submitted a support request earlier today about the issue, but the response I got back did not help me fix the problem.

While the first reply might not fix the issue, opening a new thread can only add more confusion and is likely to have different steps mentioned, some even opposite of the other, which is not constructive, while in the same time it does not give us the proper feedback of what is going on.

Usually with such threads the issue is not resolved until everything is started on a new single thread.

For that reason we always ask you to open a single thread only so everything is in one place, easy to follow up and through which will ultimately help you resolve your issue faster.
