Is it possible for JotForm to capture leads from our website and send customer data to Sales Simplicity CRM?

At the moment we do not have integration for the Sales Simplicity CRM, the image below shows the CRMs we currently have integration to.

We can add it to our feature request list, however it wont be possible to give an estimate on the delivery time ate the moment as it will be dependent on our development tam's milestones and scheduler.

So I see. Is there any way around this using some other method?

Below is an exerpt from Sales Simplicity documentation.

The insertion of an eLead customer into Sales Simplicity begins when an XML file is picked up by our SS-XML import utility. (This assumes that you have a utility associated with your website that can create a specifically-formatted XML file from the information entered by the customers who use your site.) The Import Utility will pass these XML files to the Sales Simplicity eLead component for processing.

So it seems that JotForm would need to generate an XML file. Is this possible?

In order for JotForm to implement such an integration and create the special XML files, we would have to forward the feature request to our developers, without giving any estimates on when the feature would actually be implemented.

If you have means to create the specially formatted XML files on your website, we are able to forward the submission data to your website through POST method, or via Webhooks. Then, you can process the received data on your website to generate your XML files, but this will need to be implemented by someone with programming experience.

If you decide to try implementing it on your website, here are our guides on how you can send data from forms to your website:

Send POST Data From JotForm Using PHP in Custom Thank You Page

And you can see here on How to Setup Webhook with JotForm

I hope this helps. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed, or if you need any clarifications, and we will be happy to help.
