    Can you please provide a bit more details on this request? Would you like to restrict submissions without payments if the total amount is greater than 0?

    If the payment section of the form has no choices selected, can the submit button require at least one choice be made in the payment/PayPal Widget?

    You can use the hide/show field conditions on the product list to show the submit button if a product is selected. If no selection is made the button will be hidden by default.

    Additionally you can also set the product list to be required so that at least one selection is made before submissions.
