I Would Like to Change My User Name

My account hast the user name "Benutzer" which I did not choose very wisely when I set up the account. I`d like it to be "SalsaStyle" please.

Hi Pedro,

I checked your jotform account/username  Benutzer and I noted that it was previously paid account and currently scheduled for downgrade to FREE plan.

Although your preferred new username SalsaStyle is currently available, we cannot immediately change the username unless we confirm that current status of the account.

We either need to downgrade the account to Free now, OR if you intend to renew the paid plan, you should renew it first.

We can proceed to change the username once the account status is established.

Let us know your preferred option and we will proceed to changing the username.
