Not receiving emails from forms.

    I sent you an email yesterday about two forms no longer generating emails. This is a non profit organization who has applications for adopting dogs and cats on their website and they desperately need these forms to work. I gave you the URL of the form yesterday but because they are not working, I had to revert to their prior forms for the website as they are missing opportunities to place needy animals.

    Here are the URL's to the JotForm pages which are no longer accessible via the website. Please help fix this situation so I can make these forms live again!!!


    FYI we have whitelisted just in case this was the problem but it made no difference

    I have checked your email, it seems that it was in our bounce list.

    I have remove it and you should be able to receive emails correctly. If this occurs again you may verify your email or other emails are in the bounce list. You may also visit our guide to prevent this from occur again, How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.
