E-mail notification not working

    As of 9/21 the E-mail notification functionality stopped working for all users except for me. Please advise on what my users can do so that the forms can be emailed to them. I have tried deleting all users and setting up again but it doesn't work. I'm the only one who is receiving notification. Thank you, Angie

    Hi,

    I just verified 2 of your emails (robbi.ferber@crengland.com and larry.jones@crengland.com) and notice that both were in our bounce list: 

    I have removed this two from the list and they should be receiving emails. If you have more people with this issue you may check the bounce list from you account page.
