Unable to create the account using brand new email account

    How is it possible my name specific email assigned to me through follow up boss is already in use if I've only just gotten it yesterday, and I've never used Jolt Form before?

    I presume Shelby that the email you had used is the one that you have contacted us from. At this time I see it associated with a guest account: guest_52735645638061, but it should not stop you from registering.

    If it still does cause issue tomorrow after trying on our signup page: https://www.jotform.com/signup/ then my suggestion is to let us know and we will delete this guest account (no forms are found under it) for you so that the email is free.
