Create a form and link it to Google Spreadsheet

I want to create a google form, bu i want the form to link to google spread sheets.

Here's how to create your form here in Jotform: http://www.jotform.com/help/2-How-to-Create-Your-First-Web-Form.

After creating the form, you can integrate it to Google Spreadsheet by following the steps from this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet. I think you just read this.
