Not clear whether users has uploaded files or none in the submissions?

Also, it is not really clear whether my prospect has uploaded files or not. There should be something that says uploaded files = none or zero or whatever.

If a file is uploaded with the submission, it should show up in your submission data:

If your upload field is included in your email notification, links to the files should be included as well.  If there are no files included in the submission data, there were no files uploaded with that submission.
