I am receiving blank and partially blank form during submissions from our customers when they book a tour.

    Yesterday a customer paid for an excursion and when I receive the email notification from Jotform it was blank with only the person's email on the top of the form.  I have no information as to which tour he wants, the time and date of his trip etc.  The notification from PayPal came through without a problem but the jotform info is missing.  It is not the first time this kind of problem has been occurring.  please respond and correct as soon as possible.

    To my understanding it sounds like you are saying that you've received blank email notification information other than their email address from a customer who was able to pay with paypal.

    You mean the email notification for your form was blank? Or are you referring to the paypal email notification of the payment information?

    What was the name of the Person you receive the blank submission information from so that we can investigate that more?

    In order for your form email notifications to function correctly with PayPal we recommend that you set up the PayPal IPN to receive proper notice since your form notification relies on it. I noticed that yours is currently empty.
