How can I get notifications to my email?

Thank you for contacting us. As a default, we send notifications when someone fill out your form. So you don't have to set another notifier to get notifications in your user email.
However, I couldn't find reach your user data neither from your username and your email. Also I couldn't find any Jotform from your webpage. If you can provide us more detail, we'd be happy for help you.
