    Does my current subscription credit towards an upgrade to professional?

    Hi Nate,

    Thanks for your interest in upgrading your account. Please log in to your JotForm account and click the Account Settings button at the lower right corner to go to your account information. Once there, click the Upgrade to Premium button and follow the instructions to submit your payment online.

    I am a premium member - I am not seeing any button to upgrade to professional

    Also I just paid for a full year of premium - not seeing the 1,000 submission max. Can you credit my premium payment towards my first month of Pro?

    Hello stickyalbums,

    You can try upgrading to Professional via this link.  But first, I recommend that you cancel your old subscription by logging in to your Paypal account, search for your last payment for your JotForm subscription and cancelling it.

    Once you have canceled your subscription and upgraded to Professional, please let us know so we can refund you your Premium subscription payment.

    For your other question, I checked our member database and I was able to confirm that your account is active as a Premium subscription. Please log out and log back in to your JotForm.com account to reflect the changes. Let us know if you need further assistance.
