Hi,
One of our stakeholders from UK was trying to submit a C-SAT survey for us and she couldn't get past "Enter a valid date" error. Even when she entered the right format, the error keeps popping up & won't let her submit it.
However, when we tried to submit from our system located in Bangalore, India the error didn't pop-up.
Request you kindly to look into this error & help me out. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Venkat Vivek

Hi,
I checked your form in a few different browser and I was unable to reproduce the issue of invalid date:
As far as I can tell, this should be working properly.
Try having them fill out the form from this link instead:
http://www.jotform.com/vvivek/UK-CSAT
To see if there is an issue with them using the .us extension from the EU. If that still does not work, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

If you click the link provided in the error message, you will be redirected to the form.
http://www.jotform.us/form/51733991631156
You can also pass this instruction to your form submitters if they get the same error message. And like what my colleague, David, have mentioned, please do let us know what happens next so that we will be able to verify if there is an issue with them using the .us extension from the EU.
Thank you.
