JOT FORMS IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO DOWNLOAD A PDF FROM MY SUBMISSIONS

I NORMALLY DOWNLOAD A PDF FORM FROM MY SUBMISSIONS USING THE PDF BUTTOM AT TOP OF PAGE AND TODAY IT IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO DO THAT.  I ALSO TRIED OT CONTACT YOU EARLIER AND AFTER I SUBMITTED MY QUESTION IT SAID JOTFORMS UNAVAILABLE.....

Apologies for the inconvenience, I checked your form "Request for Transportation 2015-2016 School Year", and tried downloading the submissions as PDF, I was able to download them successfully without any problems. However, there seem to have been a hiccup on the server earlier, that may have caused the problem. Could you please try again and see if the problem persists. Also, please do try using a different browser and is if it gives a better result.
