cannot edit any of my forms

I have been unable to edit my jotform card in my folder.  I need to clone them and retitle them and i have no abilitiy at all to edit them in any way.  I can log in and see my cards, I can open them up but cannot do anything further as far as editing and cloning.  Is there a reason this is occurring and how long will it be inaccessable?  Thank you.  Barb Bright

I have inspected your account and there are only four forms that are shared with you. Can you please explain in more details what you are trying to achieve with forms that are shared with you?

I cannot explain it any clearer than that…..I cannot edit my jot forms.
I can open the file, I can see it, but if I click on the edit icon over on the right side, it will not allow me to do any changes.
So Im not sure what I am doing wrong.
Amy was able to use her programs fine. I will check once more with her, but I don’t know what is keeping me from editing my jotcards.

I have checked and you should be able to edit forms that are shared with you. If I understood you correctly nothing happens when you click on Edit Form option on your account. 

I have logged in to your account and when I click on Edit Form option Form Builder opened and I was able to edit form.

I have tested in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Which browser are you using? If you are still unable to click on Edit Form please try using different browser or try with incognito mode.

Since the form is shared with you, there may have been an issue with permission settings.  If you are still unable to edit the form, make sure that you have permission to edit that form from the account that shared it.
