    I have deleted all the submissions ,but something still occupied the available space

    Hi,

    I've tested it on my account. There is no issue from my side. Deleting the submission will clear your storage space in JotForm.

    1) In My Forms, select the form then click on the Submissions button.

     

    2) Then, you can delete submissions at the top right button.

     

    3) You can also delete all submissions; with delete all button.

    Please, be sure that your submissions are also deleted from Trash folder.

    Lastly, there is an application called Auto-Delete Submissions, this application deletes new form submissions instantly as soon as they are received.

    Thanks for your answer and suggestion , I have installed  "Auto delete" 

    all i have now is 2 forms and 0 submission , But there still some files that I can't delete 

     

    I have made trash can empty
