    Forward Submission option: Unable to receve the submission forwarded

    1. When I click on forward icon in submissions, I enter the email to forward submission to, and submit. The email never shows up, even though it says "sent successfully

    I have tested Forward option inside of Submission page and it is working correctly on my end. 

    We have hourly limits on the number of submissions replies or forwarding. Currently, free users are limited up to 20 submissions replies/forward per hour.

    If you are still unable to forward your submission please provide us email addresses to which you want to forward submission, so that we can check in our email log if forwarded submissions are sent successfully.
