How do I print the entire form?

I got back only the fields that had to be filled in. How can I get all the information on the actual form along with terms and conditions and what they're paying for to print out and not just the fields that have been filled in?

There are a couple of ways to do this.

Option 1: You can print the static text, headers and images in your PDF submission by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission 

Option 2: We also have a new feature that allows you to edit or make a custom layout of your PDF submission, it is named "Customized PDF", you can find it under the "Get PDF" button in your submissions page.
