Allow customization or designing of "Form Warning" messages on the submit page triggered by "Form Limits"

coloquei no meu form pra ter uma mensagens de erro quando repetir o mesmo IP, gostaria de saber como faço pra customizar fonte, tamanho da fonte e fundo dessa mensagem

Unfortunately, we cannot design the warning message on the submit page triggered by the "Form Limits".

Currently, we can only change the text on it as mentioned in this guide. But I will forward this to our developers as a feature request as I see that this can be something useful and will let you make more the warning message appealing and professional. Unfortunately, I'm unable to guarantee that this will be implemented anytime soon, but rest assure that we will update you on this thread as soon as this has been implemented.
