    And Second issue is.. As we are following https secured form, after submitting, it probably changes back to http as our website's lock icon changes from green to yellow which indicates https to http.

    Hi,

     

    It seems that the Thank You page is accessing an image through an unsecure URL (http) even if the connection is secure. I am currently checking the form on how to fix this issue. Please allow me some time to further investigate the issue. I will get back to you as soon as I get a result.

    Here are the things you need to do to fix the issue:

    1. Change the checked image URL displayed in the URL from http to https.

    And Second issue is Screenshot 20

     

    2. Add/Inject this custom CSS code in your so the background image accessed in the Thank You page is on secure URL (https).

    .thankyou{

       background: url('https://www.jotform.com/uploads/IndianZari/form_files/online-shopping.jpg') #ffffff !important;

    }

     

    To inject a custom CSS code in your form just follow the instruction provided in this article: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes.
