Hi,
It seems that the Thank You page is accessing an image through an unsecure URL (http) even if the connection is secure. I am currently checking the form on how to fix this issue. Please allow me some time to further investigate the issue. I will get back to you as soon as I get a result.

Here are the things you need to do to fix the issue:
1. Change the checked image URL displayed in the URL from http to https.
2. Add/Inject this custom CSS code in your so the background image accessed in the Thank You page is on secure URL (https).

background: url('https://www.jotform.com/uploads/IndianZari/form_files/online-shopping.jpg') #ffffff !important;
}
To inject a custom CSS code in your form just follow the instruction provided in this article: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes.
