I have checked that page, and the widget is loading correctly in Internet Explorer 11, as well as in Internet Explorer 10:
I do see that the widget is sometimes not correctly displaying in Internet Explorer 9 and 8 on your website - there is just blank space where the widget should be:
The widget is still loading fine in IE 8 and 9 when the form is accessed directly, so it is not a problem with the widget itself. The widget is also displaying when the page is refreshed, and after further investigation, this issue seems to be caused by a scripting conflict between scripts of the website (jQuery) and scripts of the form (prototypeJS).
In order to prevent scripting conflicts from occurring, please try embedding your form by using our iFrame embed method instead:
The iFrame will sandbox the form from the website, and prevent such scripting conflicts. Please let us know how it goes.
