Hi I recntly paid $45 to upgrade my account. I have just realised I do not need this anymore. Am I able to get a partial refund and downgrade my account?

Follow the steps below to downgrade your JotForm account:
1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Find the latest payment you have made to Jotform
3. Click on the subscription number for that transaction
4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button
Let us know if you're done cancelling so I can forward a partial refund request to our higher ups.
