It's happened at least five times now. I've learned to select "Forgot Password" and wait for the reset information but sometimes that's been taking some time.
Fortunately, I haven't been is a crisis situation and needed to alter a form quickly. But that day will certainly come.

Passwords do not change on their own. I am not sure what is going on with your account. Make sure your email account has not been compromised and use a different password than you have previously. The only way your password can be changed is if someone uses the reset email or from in your account settings. None of our staff have accessed your account since January of 2014. Once a password is set, unless it is changed intentionally, it will remain the same.
