Testing Account Not Syncing

    I have obtained a testing API Login ID and Transaction Key - when I enter the proper codes and attempt to test integration, I recieve this pop-up message:

    "The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive."

    I am discussing purchasing your service with my client, but I need to be certain it functions with

    Kindly double check your login ID and transaction key. Also, please confirm if this testing account is active. If problem still persists, contact Authorize.Net for support. JotForm's integration with Authorize.Net have worked flawlessly for our users. If integration testing fails, i is most likely that the problem is with the Authorize.Net account being used.
