What does "Multiple submissions are not allowed" mean?

    what does "multiple submissions not allowed" mean..

    when i try to register a student from our form

    Hello,

    I have checked your form and found out that Loose Check option under Unique Submission preference is enabled. This option prevents multiple submissions with using cookies. You can disable this preference by selecting "No Check". In order to disable this option, please follow the steps in the picture below.
