A customer was at the end of my Jotform and attempted to load his picture (last required field of form.) He received a tech. message stating it could not upload the image.
When he returned to the form all of his work was blank; more than 30 fields and his entire amount of work...
What happened? Shouldn't his fields stay filled in if there is an upload issue?
