    Deleted fields from form are still appearing when creating PDF copy of form

    Hello David,

    Ok, so I removed many items from the form and removed the signatures.  Now when I go to convert the form to PDF, it creates the old version of the PDF.   The PDF still has signatures, etc.   I tried a different browser, cleared my history, etc. 

    It keeps the PK training areas, which were removed.  Something is wrong here, please forward this to a Developer.

    I checked your form and I was able to see that several fields that were deleted are still present in the PDF:

    Several other fields are still present in the PDF that were removed from the form.  I tried clearing your forms cache but the fields are still present in the PDF.  I will forward this to our developers to have a closer look.

    Hello David,

    I removed 5 additional "html" elements and now the form creates the PDF perfectly.  I think it was still too long and getting an error and somehow making the old PDF form.   So for now everything is working.  Thank you again for all of your help.

    Thank you very much for the update.  Glad to hear things are working properly now.  I will go ahead and cancel this ticket for the time being.  If the same issue pops up again, update this thread and we will take another look.
