Here's a nice example of what we are trying to do for a new online auction website:

If so, would this form be free or cost something?  At the beginning, we don't anticipate many form submissions. And can the form then be used in/uploaded to Squarespace?  Thank you.

    Hi Jill,

Firstly, you can embed JotForm forms on Squarespace and for the beginning, you don't need to pay for creating a form. JotForm's free account covers 100 submissions and 100 mb upload space per month, so if you don't wait more than 100 submissions for one month, free account is enough for you. Finally, after embedding your form on Squarespace, the form works on Squarespace, but uploaded files and submissions will be stored on JotForm.

Below, you can find the tutorial about adding form to Squarespace:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/37-Adding-Form-to-Squarespace

Now, if we are going to talk about capability of JotForm forms, you can create exactly the same form and also, many other features are waiting to be discovered.

In addition, creating a form template and customizing is also very simple. All you need to do is drag and drop the items you like.

Finally, you can see the recreated copy of your example web page from the link below:

I hope this information will help you. You can always ask for help from our support team.

    Have a great day.
